ภาพรวมของนโยบาย

บริษัท เอเจ แอดวานซ์ เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัทย่อย (รวมเรียกว่า “กลุ่มบริษัท”) ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้า คู่ค้า ผู้ถือหุ้น ผู้เข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง กลุ่มบริษัทจะดำเนินการกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเท่าที่จำเป็น ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และอยู่ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมถึงกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

1. คำนิยาม

“ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” หมายถึง ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบุคคลธรรมดาที่ทำให้สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลนั้นได้ ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม เช่น ชื่อ นามสกุล ที่อยู่ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ อีเมล เลขประจำตัวประชาชน หมายเลขตัวรถ หรือข้อมูลการติดต่ออื่น ๆ

“ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความละเอียดอ่อน” หมายถึง ข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ได้รับความคุ้มครองเป็นพิเศษ เช่น เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา ความคิดเห็นทางการเมือง ข้อมูลสุขภาพ ความพิการ ประวัติอาชญากรรม ข้อมูลชีวภาพ หรือข้อมูลอื่นตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

2. การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

กลุ่มบริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่แจ้งไว้ โดยอาจได้รับข้อมูลจากท่านโดยตรง ผ่านเว็บไซต์ แบบฟอร์มติดต่อ การลงทะเบียน การใช้บริการ การซื้อสินค้า การรับประกัน การติดต่อศูนย์บริการ หรือจากแหล่งอื่นที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย

ในกรณีที่ต้องเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความละเอียดอ่อน กลุ่มบริษัทจะขอความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งจากท่านก่อน เว้นแต่กฎหมายอนุญาตให้ดำเนินการได้โดยไม่ต้องขอความยินยอม

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล

• เพื่อดำเนินการขายสินค้า บริการ การรับประกัน การซ่อมบำรุง และบริการหลังการขาย
• เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน ติดต่อกลับ ให้ข้อมูล ตอบข้อสอบถาม และดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
• เพื่อจัดทำเอกสาร สัญญา ใบเสนอราคา ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ภาษี การเงิน และบัญชี
• เพื่อบริหารจัดการคู่ค้า ผู้ถือหุ้น นักลงทุน การประชุม การอบรม และกิจกรรมของบริษัท
• เพื่อปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ ผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ การตลาด และประสบการณ์การใช้งาน
• เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย คำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐ การตรวจสอบภายใน และการบริหารความเสี่ยง
• เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบสารสนเทศ สถานที่ บุคลากร ทรัพย์สิน และข้อมูลของบริษัท

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

กลุ่มบริษัทอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บริษัทในกลุ่ม ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก ตัวแทนจำหน่าย ผู้ให้บริการระบบเทคโนโลยี ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง ที่ปรึกษา ผู้สอบบัญชี สถาบันการเงิน หน่วยงานราชการ หรือบุคคลอื่นเท่าที่จำเป็นและชอบด้วยกฎหมาย โดยจะกำหนดมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม

5. การคุ้มครองและรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

กลุ่มบริษัทจัดให้มีมาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทั้งด้านเทคนิค การบริหารจัดการ และกายภาพ เพื่อป้องกันการสูญหาย การเข้าถึง การใช้ การเปลี่ยนแปลง การแก้ไข หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงกำหนดให้พนักงานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องปฏิบัติตามนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ท่านมีสิทธิตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ดังต่อไปนี้

• สิทธิในการเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
• สิทธิในการขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน และสมบูรณ์
• สิทธิในการขอลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้
• สิทธิในการขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
• สิทธิในการขอรับหรือโอนย้ายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
• สิทธิในการคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
• สิทธิในการถอนความยินยอม เมื่อการประมวลผลอาศัยฐานความยินยอม

ท่านสามารถยื่นคำร้องเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรหรือผ่านช่องทางติดต่อที่ระบุไว้ โดยกลุ่มบริษัทจะพิจารณาและแจ้งผลภายในระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด

7. ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

กลุ่มบริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่แจ้งไว้ และตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด หากไม่สามารถระบุระยะเวลาได้ชัดเจน กลุ่มบริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลตามระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสมและจำเป็นต่อการดำเนินงาน หรือไม่เกินอายุความตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

8. การทบทวนและเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

กลุ่มบริษัทอาจทบทวน ปรับปรุง หรือแก้ไขนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมาย แนวปฏิบัติทางธุรกิจ และการให้บริการ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทหรือช่องทางที่เหมาะสม

AJ Advance Technology Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) value the protection of personal data of customers, business partners, shareholders, website visitors, and related persons.
